This fall's MAEA Conference was held in October in Bangor and our office was in attendance.
The 2025 Scholarship Basket Raffle event was a highlight of the conference and plays a vital role in supporting adult learners and educators across the MAEA community.
This year our basket theme was Learn Local, Love Local. Our office collected donations for our basket from local businesses and our Adult Education enrichment instructors.
Their donation helps fund scholarships that empower adult learners to continue their education, build essential career skills, and create brighter futures for themselves and their families—often while balancing work, family responsibilities, and more.
Thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, this year’s raffle raised an impressive $2,000!
